If cancellation is necessary, the CCGU Learning Team asks that notification is provided as soon as possible so that seat(s) may be opened for other guests and to properly account for catering requirements and course materials.

 

All requests for scheduling changes or cancellations MUST be submitted to the CCGU Training Coordinator at  ccgtraining@climatecontrolgroup.com.

 

Advanced cancellation (more than seven days) provides a refund (if invoiced) or credit toward a future course.

 

Cancellation within seven days of the event date results in a credit towards a future course. No-shows with no advanced cancellation notice may forfeit tuition paid.

 

The CCGU Learning Team reserves the right to modify live and virtual training schedules at any time without obligation. Should a change become necessary for a CONFIRMED event, the CCGU Training Coordinator notifies registered and confirmed attendees and provides alternative options.
