What are Field Service Guides?
Paper copies are difficult to manage and are quickly outdated. PDF copies become hard to manage and often obsolete. Climate Control Group University's digital platform provides accessible, up-to-date information on CCG products and processes.
Featured content: Digital Field Service Guides (Technical) and Field Sales Guides (Sales, including competitive insight) provide timely information on the devices colleagues and customers already use daily, including Apple and Android devices.

Access to Field Service Guides
Access to the CCGU Field Service Guides requires creation of a login. To request a login, email the request to ccgtraining@climatecontrolgroup.com
Note that access is NOT granted to generic email addresses (i.e., gmail, yahoo, etc.). Requests are granted to customers and colleagues of Climate Control Group and must come from the related business email address.
When issued, the login information is as follows:
Company Code: (First Login Only): climatecontrolgroup Username: Your Business Email Address
Temp Password: climatecontrolgroup123
The password is changed after successfully logging in. There is a “forgot password” feature if needed.
Mobile Device Access: Inkling App
The Inkling app (available free on the iOS App Store and Google Play), the latest product knowledge is available wherever you are. When downloaded, open the app and enter Company Code: climatecontrolgroup.

From there, enter your Inkling account's business email address and password. A password reset feature is available if needed. Please send any login questions to ccgtraining@climatecontrolgroup.com.
